mohanam
Mohanam. One of my favorite ragas. I started to study mohanam through the famous geetham varaveena composed by purandaradasar. The famous varnam ninnukkori is in mohanam. A lot of krithis and keerthanas are there in the same raga.The arohanam is SA RI GA PA DHA SA. And the avarohanam is SA DHA PA GA RI SA.This is a janya raga of harikamboji or dheerasankarabharanam.
